Description
2nd class children were exploring measures and capacity. Children worked at different stations, looking at different skills and approaches to this topic. Station one used the interactive whiteboard for their talk and discussion activity. Stations two, three and four used tablets to orally record their estimations and measures. Children used tablets and the app ‘Explain Everything’ to record their findings. Children presented their recordings to their classmates. The recordings allow for children to use and hear the appropriate topic language in context.
