New Cyberbullying course – Primary
1st September 2022
A new online course on understanding, preventing and responding to cyberbullying in primary schools is now available.
In summary, this is a short, two hour course which will provide you with the knowledge, resources and confidence to teach about cyberbullying in the primary school. You will also learn about dealing with cyberbullying incidents as they arise.
Specifically, the course will inform teachers and school leaders about the issue of cyberbullying, working through the many resources available. It will teach you how to promote a preventative whole-education approach. It will also support you in identifying opportunities to teach about cyberbullying. As a result, course participants will be able to more confidently address a cyberbullying incident and communicate with those involved.
By the end of the course, you will also be able to use the resources available to get parents involved in supporting anti-bullying prevention.
