ICT coordinator from all girls secondary school talks about how technology is used. School has a variety of devices- Projectors, visualisers, cameras, interactive whiteboards and 4 computer labs. The eLearning team, made up of staff, try out new devices and ideas before introducing it to the rest of the staff. Staff are encouraged to get engage with CPD around technology and to share what they have learned with the rest of their staff at staff meetings and TeachMeets. Maths teacher broadcasts her class to another school to allow students complete honors Maths.
