A Senior Infant teacher uses tablets to support oral language and differentiation with a Senior Infant class. The children use Story Creator in Collins Big Cat App to recreate a scene from the story. They then present their work to a partner.
Description
Pupils in senior infants work in groups following a read aloud. Groups with iPads use the Collings Big Cut app to recreate a scene from the book. Other groups complete written tasks on story mapping and animals home. Teacher explains how the ipads allow for more independence, differentiation and one on one feedback.
