Using Tablets to support language learning (French)

Description

Students participated in their French lesson, using technology to revise vocabulary and sentence structure. Students participated in a quiz using the app Kahoot. The teacher chose this app for the assessment as it gives data on the spot, as well as an option to print the statistical data. Students also used EduCanon to watch videos and answer questions on their learning content. Students used the app Dice Lite to collaborate with their peers to create correct sentence structure during French lessons. The teacher selects and chooses the most appropriate apps for lessons that are suitable for the lesson content. The teacher is eager for technology to be used in lessons, trying new apps and ways of learning using ICT.
